On Wednesday, September 10, Lowell and his three sons took Lowell’s 1962 Corvair (with the top down) from St Mary’s Hospital to the Hospice Center. Early Friday morning, September 12, Lowell passed away. Several members of the club drove their Corvairs in the funeral procession. Thank you for representing all of us.
Lowell bought a new Corvair convertible in 1963, and was known as Mr. Corvair in Evansville almost from then on. He was a charter member of our club and will be greatly missed by all of us.
